Prog on positive behaviour

Nehru Yuva Kendra, Rangat is organising a 7-day Life Skill Education Programme from February 13 at Govt. Senior Secondary School, Bakultala in order to provide opportunities for the reinforcement of existing positive behavior and strengthening of life skills that enable young people to protect them from and to cope with risky situations they encounter in their lives.  40 students are participating from GSSS, Bakultala. Mr. Biswajit Mondal, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Urmilapur was the chief guest and other guests were Mr. B. Deveraj, Chairman, VCI, Rangat, Mr. Krishna Swamy, PGT, GSSS, Bakultala and Mr. T. Kameswar Rao, teacher, GSSS, Bakultala. The chief guest advised students for keeping time management in their life and valuing time. He also stressed about moral education in their lives. Mr. Alphonce Toppo, District Youth Coordinator, NYK, Rangat welcomed the gathering. During the programme the topics life skills, Adolescent sexual and Reproductive consequences of adolescent pregnancy, Adolescents and RTI, STI, Adolescent and HIV, Communication, National Flagship Programme, Career guidance and counseling, Understanding High Risk Behaviour, Cleanliness drive etc. will be covered by the trainers and different resource persons.
