Awareness camp on key govt. schemes held at Campbell Bay

A team from the Directorate of Industries, Andaman and Nicobar Administration conducted awareness-cum-motivational drive to sensitize residents of  Campbell Bay on the benefits of several schemes of the Govt. of India. Led by the Secretary (Industries), Smt Rashmi Singh, Director of Industries, Mr Ajit Anand and other officials, the special campaign generated awareness on schemes like Digital India, Mudra Yojana, Prime Minister Rural Employment Generation Programme etc at different locations which benefitted many youth of the region.
The recent visit of Deputy Commissioner of  Nicobar, Smt Neha Bansal to Campbell Bay is reaping good benefits for the population. Later during a public meeting, PRI members of the region raised the issue of poor implementation of key government schemes to which Smt Bansal assured remedial steps on priority basis.
