Cleanliness drive continues at Metro Stations

Indian Railways has undertaken one-month long special cleanliness drive, at different railway stations from May 25 to June 24. As a part of this programme, Metro Railway, Kolkata has also launched a special cleanliness drive at all Metro stations including mechanized cleaning at all major stations. 
Today, Satyaki Nath, principal chief operations manager, Metro Railway, Kolkata along with other officers and staff inspected the cleanliness drives at various Metro stations. During this inspection, he interacted with the on-board passengers on cleanliness in running trains and also with commuters at Chandi Chowk Station.  Commuters have expressed their satisfaction about the cleanliness at all Metro stations. Today, a massive cleanliness drive and awareness campaign on cleanliness   was organized at different Metro stations in which officers, station superintendents and other station staff participated.
