More funds allotted to boost Metro project works

in the Union Budget 2017-18 has been presented in the Parliament by Arun Jaitley, Minister of Finance, Govt. of India, more funds has been allotted to boost up ongoing Metro railway project, said general manager, MC Chauhan.
In this Budget, a substantial amount of fund has been allotted for the ongoing projects of Metro Railway to accelerate the construction works. The fund allocation for Indian Railways in Budget 2017-18 as detailed in the Pink Book has been announced today. These pertain to Assets-Acquisition, Construction and Replacement works to be undertaken for 2017-18.
Pink Book is a document of Indian Railways which has the details of all the budgetary allotment in Railway project. The major project-wise fund allocation for Metro Railway is given below:
