SER to launch 72 hours special drive to get customer feedback

South Eastern Railway (SER) is launching a three-day special drive from February 1 to February 3 inviting feedback from customers regarding transparent working of the booking offices, reservation centres and parcel offices at major Railway stations. This is being done to strengthen and make transparent railways interface with its customers and provide a clean and efficient administration.  This special drive will be organised in all the divisions of SER i.e Kharagpur, Adra, Chakradharpur and Ranchi during the above period.
