Chainpur students rally for Swachh Bharat

In their bid to promote PM’s Swachh Bharat Mission, students of remote Govt Middle School, Pudumadurai in Bajota held a rally on Wednesday. Carrying placards, students raised slogans urging villagers to construct household toilets so that the region is declared Open Defecation Free.
As per reports, Chainpur Panchayat is conducting regular drives to promote the flagship sanitation programme of the Narendra Modi government and achieve open defecation free status for rural hamlets in and around the region. School students, in particular, are being explained about schemes launched by the government under the UDF campaign for construction of toilet in households to spread the message in their respective villages.
