BJP leader joins INC

Mr A Shanmugam (Chamba), Ex-Yuva Morcha Vice-President, Ex-General Secretary City, Ex-City President, who was the BJP official candidate  in 2010 & 2015 election of Municipal Council from Old Ward No.14 and new Ward No.5 resigned from BJP and joined the Indian National Congress in the presence of Mr Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, Pradesh Congress Committee, at Gandhi Bhavan here on Sunday asserting  faith on the  policies of  Congress party  and the dynamic leadership  of Mr Rahul Gandhi at National  level and Mr Kuldeep Rai Sharma at State level.
