Camp for Divyangs by SFT at Marine Hill

A special camp was conducted by the Salvation Fellowship Trust (SFT) at Marine Hill, Port Blair in MH 14/1 & 14/2 Complex on recently. The camp was attended by 85 persons of which 23 were the specially-abled ones. All the children were provided with a chance of social and emotional inclusion. The event included welcoming of special children, the volunteers and ‘one and all’, also Mr. Prakash’s parents who celebrated their wedding anniversary with the children with disabilities like with Autism, Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual impairment and multiple disabilities etc. Volunteers and the music students of Andaman College brought cheers to parents and specially-able children which was coordinated by Ms. Lata Deepak Kumar. Drawing Competition, Musical Chair, Passing the Parcel, Dancing etc. was held. All children, youth and parents of special children participated in the event. Ms. Jyoti Rajender Singh was the guest on the occasion. The prizes were distributed by Mr. M. Navamony, Senior Citizen & Social worker, and Mr. P. Vasant Kumar.
