Customer Education Workshop held at BSNL

State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Andaman and Nicobar Circle, conducted a Consumer Education workshop here on Friday. Chaired by the Chief General Manager, the workshop was aimed at enlightening and generating awareness among customers about services offered by the provider besides responding to queries raised by consumers.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief General Manager highlighted about various promotional plans offered for Landline, Broadband and other data services. Pamplets on different schemes offered by BSNL were also distributed to the gathering on the occasion. Responding to queries, the CGM said BSNL is in the process of augmenting services in different categories across these islands. “Mobile data services has seen discernible progress in the recent months, while mobile towers are being installed at newer locations to improve connectivity in far-flung islands. In the next few months, BSNL will provide unmatched services to islanders,” he assured.
