Extension sought for submission of CTET applications

A large numbers of eligible candidates  residing in far-flung areas of these islands and official representative of A & N Pharmacist Association, A & N Islands met with Mr Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliament recently and requested him to take up the matter with the appropriate Ministry for extending the last date  for submission of application for  CTET,2018 Examination which is being conducted by the CBSE after a gap of two years with the last date on August 27 . Considering the genuineness of the situation, Mr Bishnu Pada Ray, in a letter to the HRD Ministry, requested for extending the last date for submission of application for another 15 days beyond the existing date of August 27, so as to  enabling the candidates residing at far-flung areas like Campbell Bay, Kundul, Little Nicobar, Nancowry, Katchal, Teressa, Car Nicobar and some remote areas of North & Middle Andaman District (which has no proper connectivity) to participate the CTET -2018 Examination.
