Innovative Artist Welfare Association (IAWA) of India is all set to organize Mrs, Mr and Ms India 2018 contest in these islands on Sept 15, 2018 at Ambedkbar auditorium here. Around 15 models from different cities of the country have landed here for the grand finale and to support a cause “Ek Awaz Ek Saath Break Silence, Stop Domestic Violence”. Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, Ms. Daljeet Kaurr Bedi, Actor/Founder & President of IAWA said that the events organized by the association are aimed to empower women and educate our daughters. We aim to generate awareness on gender equality and freedom for women through such events. “In all our past contests, talented contestants dazzled the stage on fire on the finale, they visited the senior citizen home were they were taught to respect their parents. The motive of the event is to create awareness about social issues and make these contestant ambassadors of IAWA. We are glad to hold the finale in these pristine islands. 15 contestants from different parts of the country will participate in the finale, which is a national level pageant to be witnessed by models from different states of the country,” said Ms Kaurr.
