Induction prog. for DBRAIT students from today

To inculcate human values and component related to community among the engineers,  AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education) has brought out certain mandatory activity which are required to be conducted by all technical institute so that the students are given exposure which will help them to discharge their responsibility towards the country. As a part of the mandatory activities Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Institute of Technology will organize week-long induction programmes from Monday for the freshers.
The programme will be inaugurated by Commodore Deepak Goswami, Chief of NSRY at 9 am. The week-long programme will  sensitize around 500 students on various topics such as human values, ethics, endemic species and tribal culture in Andaman, practising yoga, meditation, stress management apart from visiting historical places like Cellular Jail. The experts from various fields (administrators, scientist and educationalist) shall be interacting with the students and share their experience for the holistic growth of the students.
The week-long programme is expected to develop creative Interest, sportsmanship and team work, maintain harmonious relationship, ability to reassess goal and realistic future plan with a focus on fulfilling social responsibility.
