Innovations LIVE at DBRAIT today

The final year students will be displaying the live projects on  May 6, undertaken during the academic session 2016-17 in the Conference Hall of  the Auditorium of DBRAIT. The projects like GSM based Smart Dustbin, LPG leakage detection system, water supply scheme of strait island and option for improvement, causes of landslide in VIP road and suggestions, medicinal plant database for ICMR, solar powered CART, thought provoking lab for KV-1, computer based PA system, solar powered grass cutter, Android application for disaster management are few of them which will definitely create interest and bring school students closer to the technology.
To give more thrust on practical exposure and skill development, the institute motivates the students and the faculty to take up real time working projects, software development projects and design based projects at diploma and degree levels. To motivate the students, cash awards of Rs. 10,000 (1st position), Rs. 5000 (2nd position) and Rs. 3000 (3rd position)  for best project along with certificates will be given. The experts from various departments and private sector are invited to adjudge the projects on various parameters. The display of the projects will be open for all the students of the islands and also for the general public till 12 noon. The feedback from the students will be awarded Rs. 1000 through lucky draw.
