Management pays pending wages to Vitala teachers

In less than 14 hours after this daily broke the news about hardships being faced by the teachers of Vitala Public School, Bambooflat for non-payment of wages reportedly for the past four months, the school management pressed into action to disburse salaries for the month of May this year. According to reports, all the teachers and other staff of the school were paid their one-month pending salaries and were assured disbursement of other benefits soon. 
The Echo of India, in its edition on August 8, 2017, reported that teachers of the prominent private school in Bambooflat region were not paid their monthly salaries for the past four months. It was alleged that the school management delayed the disbursement as funds from the salary head was diverted for some other purpose. The Correspondent of this School, however, assured that the management has initiated necessary steps and the pending wages will be released soon.
