Awareness on traffic rules
The Traffic Police conducted around 72 classes and awareness lectures during the current year to generate safety awareness among road users in different parts of the city. Around 6,200 students including faculty members of schools were benefited from the lectures and were informed about the traffic rules and regulations as also made familiar with the signals, road signs etc. The Traffic Police proposes to conduct such road safety awareness sessions regularly in schools, colleges and other institutions to create awareness about the traffic rules and regulations.
