Verranna to participate in ‘Chalo Delhi’

Mr.  M. Verranna, senior trade union leader and organising secretary of Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh, A & N State Committee is participating in forthcoming ‘Chalo Delhi’ programme at Ramlila Maidan, New Delhi called by All-India Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh on November  17 to press the Government to be more proactive towards the working class.
He is also scheduled to meet various Ministers of the Government of India to pursue the genuine demands of the Islands like, to stop privatization, FDI and disinvestment in public sector undertakings, to stop Reform of Labour Laws, to discourage out sourcing in PSI’s, to start Wage Negotiation 2017 in PSI’s at the earliest, to implement ‘Equal pay for Equal Work’ for contract and casual workers, minimum pension of Rs. 5000 monthly D.A & ESI and EPS-95 pensioners, to enhance National Minimum Wages to 18000 month, Social security for all workers, increase of honorarium of Anganwadi workers and helpers and re-constitution of NITI Aayog.
