Tenders floated for new stretch of NH in Middle Andaman

The National Highways Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL), a PSU under MoRTH has floated tenders for rehabilitation/up-gradation of NH in A&N Islands from Km 107.760 to km 129.445 (Baratang to Gandhighat jetty), from Km 130.600 to km 138 (Gandhi ghat jetty to Kadamtala) kms and Km 155.00 to km 181.0 (end of Jarwa area of Kadamtala  to Rangat) total 57.71 kms for a total length of 54.71 kms. The estimated cost for these stretches is Rs.322.34 Cr and completion period of work would be 2 years from the date of award of the work. The last date for submission of tender document is on 28.12.2017 which will be opened on 29.12.2017.  Similarly, the tender for rehabilitation/upgradation of jarawa area of NH (223) from km. 59.400 to 107 kms and km 138.30 to km 155.00 total length of 64.30 for an estimated cost of Rs.50.11 Cr. has also been floated, which shall be completed within one year from the date of award of the work. The last date for submission of bid is 28.12.2017 which will open on 29.12.2017.
