Human rights council meeting

The first meeting of the International Human Rights Council Sikkim branch  was held at Rangpo IBM. The function was attended by, among others, area MLA  Gopal Baraily  who was the chief guest, Choteylall Prasad (state In-charge), Maya Cintury,  president Rangpo Nagar Panchayat, Lal Kumar Rai, Vice President,  RNP, Councillor, Sabitri Pradhan, councilor  Anjina Lhamu Tamang ,  SI Rangpo Police station Shovit chettri, Youth resident IHRC   K D Sharma,General Secretary IHRC Bal Bahadur Baraily, Joint Secretary Kiran Kshtriya Thapa, Joint Secretary 2  Mani Kumar Pradhan, Joint Secretary  Ali Emam Hussain, Social Media  head  Biswa Gurung.
The program was arranged to make people aware of their human rights and what they should do if they are violated.
Meanwhile the new office of International Human Rights Council Sikkim Branch was inaugurated by MLA Gopal Baraily and Maya Cintury (President RNP).
Certificates and I-cards of IHRC Sikkim Branch were also distributed among the newly joined members from Sikkim.
