Singtam Senior Secondary School SAATHI (Sikkim against Addiction towards Healthy India) Chapter made yet another history on Friday, installing through public mobilisation 10 CCTV cameras in strategic locations in order to check trespassers and unwarranted entries inside the school compound.
There are many points of entry to the school. With more than 1,700 students and also the presence of other concerned individuals inside the school, the entry of about 2,000 people a day is in order in the school premises. To identify unwarranted entries, CCTVs are effective. The SAATHI team hoped to achieve an effective surveillance.
