BJP West Bengal president Dilip Ghosh has alleged the state ruling party for the death of Morcha leader from Kalimpong Barun Bhujel.
“Morcha councillor from Kalimpong Municipality Barun Bhujel died due to lack of proper treatment. He was arrested during the unrest in hills. He was ill since last couple of weeks, his family members were not allowed to meet him when he was hospitalised. He was then taken to Kolkata for treatment and today morning he died. This is inhumane behaviour of Trinamul Congress to strike oppositions and BJP condemns this sort of activities, said Ghosh at New Jalpaiguri Railway stations on Wednesday.
Ghosh also alleged ruling party for hatching conspiracy to kill Morcha supremo Bimal Gurung. He said, “The state government does not want Bimal Gurung to come in public, if he comes situation might turn violent as people of hill might go in favour of Gurung, so state government is trying to kill in encounter before he comes in public and make like Kishanji. Gurung has democratic rights to come in public and deliver his speech.”
He doubted on death of SI Amitava Malik. He said, “Amitava’s death is a mystery and we on behalf of BJP demanded a proper investigation of Amitava’s death case.
