BJP national secretary Rahul Sinha allegedly slammed chief minister Mamata Banerjee for running communal government and sparking fire everywhere in West Bengal since TMC government came into power.
Sinha who was in Siliguri today to attend a party meeting said, “The chief minister is backing only one community and ignoring other, she first sparked fire in Darjeeling hills with her objectionable speech and went abroad and now when she came back she allowed Baduria (North 24 Pargana) to burn.”
Sinha further said that chief minister is busy with attending other unnecessary functions instead of solving the sensitive issues of Darjeeling and Baduria.
He said, “She is not trying to douse the flames in Darjeeling and Baduria. Even as the Darjeeling hills were in turbulence for nearly a month capped by an indefinite bandh called by the Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) a communal clash took place at Baduria in North 24-Parganas district.”
According to Sinha chief Minister Mamata Banerjee fears with BJP that is why she did not allow BJP delegation team to enter Basirhaat on Friday. He said, “If BJP team enters the area they will come out with the real fact so Mamata Banerjee ordered the police to stop the team from entering the riot hit place.”
